"Gurur bhrahma, Gurur vishnu, Gurur devo maheshwara; Gurur Sahkshat Parambhramha, Tashmaishri guruve namaha"

Many of you had came across this shloka in your lives. This shloka tell us to salute Guru (teachers) in our lives and really some teachers are very respectful as they plays a very important role in our lives they teach us and make us respectful human but still concentrate on the word "some" not all .

In older times where shisha (student) makes any mistake then Gurus (Teachers) teach them a lesson in the way that the student realises their fault and become a good human being but now-a-days
teachers harass students not even mentally  but also physically. I had seen many cases in my student life where teacher don't think how to make a child a good human being but he thinks how just to kick out the student from class so that my result doesn't ruined. Even in many of the cases teacher just want to show he is superior and if you want good marks in exam so do what he wants without thinking what child want to do even if student wants good internal marks then student must join coaching class ran by that teacher even by mistake if you said something which is against the teachers thought then definitely in the next examination you get failed or even if you are here for final exams your result will be a big zero (0) or if others requested for you then there might be their also.

I don't want to say today's generation is always correct but if the root of the plant is damaged from beginning then the fruit must get ripe. Teachers were the building blocks and yes they are also humans but beside that they are teachers the most important part of every child today teaching is somewhere limited to profession but I still know there are still some for whom its not just a profession. I salute to those and I request to those some respect this profession because "every teacher was a student but every student can't be a teacher".

  Because its a responsbility.............
